Profitability analysis

MULTI Kühlsysteme GmbH offers efficient equipment for cooling process water, depending on application and site of use. A number of different systems for recooling process water are available on the market for this purpose. The following types of recooling plants are distributed by us:

  • Open wet cooling tower
  • Closed wet cooling tower
  • Dry cooler
  • Dry cooler with adiabatic chiller

MULTI Kühlsysteme GmbH wants to design the most efficient recooling plant for the application at hand and the associated installation or site of use. It wants to do so in the most economical manner for the defined service life. In order to be able to meet this requirement in an even more targeted manner, MULTI Kühlsysteme GmbH, together with the engineering office Dr.-Ing. Markus Nickolay, has developed software that makes it possible to compare different designs or types of recooling plants in light of economy and energy requirements.

MULTI Kühlsysteme GmbH is able to offer the customer, and thus the end user, an energetically optimal solution for recooling plants with the software tool specifically tailored to the company’s needs. The running operating costs, in particular for the adapted cooling water treatment according to the 42. BImSchV, are essential for plant economy in addition to the acquisition costs.

The new design software permits comparison of different types of recooling plants based on the parameters cooling capacity, flow, and return temperatures, available installation space, etc. Economy is an important decision-making point when several systems are available. In addition, this is supplemented by an assessment of the carbon footprint in order to implement climate policy requirements.

MULTI Kühlsysteme GmbH expands its service portfolio and is able to offer its customers optimal solutions in process cooling by using the software. Recooling plants are an economical contribution to providing the necessary cooling energy for buildings and energy-related processes through targeted design and planning. The variety of systems on offer makes it possible to work out different alternatives for each project, which are then optimised via a profitability analysis.

The consideration of life cycle costs and evaluation of the carbon footprint provide additional decision-making help for the end user in order to find the optimal “MULTI cooling solution” for the given application.

MULTI Kühlsysteme is a leading supplier of process cooling in the industrial sector.

Glass industry

The production of glass is only possible through heat, no matter if it is about single-pane safety glass, laminated safety glass, or other types of glass. However, the change from liquid to solid can only take place through active cooling.

Metalworking industry

Heat is generated everywhere and must be dissipated, no matter if one is drawing wire, rolling profiles, or casting castings. We help our customers to manufacture cost-effectively with our engineering and plant construction services.

Furnace manufacturers/autoclaves

Two things are needed in the production of composites – pressure and heat. MULTI Kühlsysteme supplies customer-optimised cooling systems for industrial furnaces and autoclaves as a competent and long-standing partner in plant engineering.

Chemical industry

Chemical processes are usually strongly dependent on temperature. Active cooling is essential for the stable course of chemical reactions to ensure a constant process temperature.

Solar industry

Heat is released when wafers (components for solar panels) are produced. We rely on heat exchanger systems in order to dissipate this heat cost-effectively and to avoid contamination of the process water.

Foam & plastics manufacturer

Process heat has to be dissipated everywhere, be it in foam for upholstered furniture, moulded polystyrene parts for the automotive industry, or plastic packaging. We create process reliability and actively contribute to the high quality of the end products.

Our motto: Everything from a single source

MULTI Kühlsysteme is your one-stop shop for taking inventory, overall planning, technical processing, manufacture, assembly, control with programming, commissioning, and after-sales service from delivery of individual components to the implementation of complete projects.
