The new MC-D cooling tower in practical testing
Our newly developed pressure-ventilated cooling tower MC-D is currently undergoing practical testing at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
Under real operating conditions, the theoretically determined values are checked to see if they are confirmed. Different volume flows, varying heat inputs, and real ambient conditions are taken into account—this allows the performance curves to be determined precisely. This is an important step toward demonstrating the efficiency, reliability, and future viability of our technology.
At the same time, a monitoring system for the cooling tower is being developed as part of the tests. This project is supported by the Sächsische Aufbaubank.
With this project, we are setting another milestone in the development of sustainable and efficient cooling systems.
